How Do I Deposit to my Trading Account?

In order to deposit funds to your trading account you must first open a trading account.

After installation of the Trading Platform, you must open a Real Account. Upon opening your Real Account you will receive your Real Money Username and Password. You are now ready to deposit into your Real Money Trading Account:

  • Start the Trading Platform, and select the "Trade for Real" option.
  • Enter your Real Money Username and Password in the "Login" screen.
  • Click on the "Account Balance" icon, followed by the "Deposit" option.
  • Select your preferred deposit method.

How do I Deposit via Credit Card?

To deposit to your trading account by Credit Card:

  1. Choose the Credit Card deposit option, by clicking on the Credit Card button, in the Cashier.
  2. Complete the Credit Card deposit form.

It will take few minutes for you deposit to be processed and once approved, you trading account will be credited with the funds immediately.

If for any reason your deposit is not approved, you will be notified by Email within a few minutes.

How do I Deposit via Wire Transfer?

To deposit via Wire Transfer, please click on the Wire Transfer option in Cashier, choose the currency and the amount and click on Next.
Different details will be given for different currencies so make sure you have chosen the correct currency.

  1. Print out the Wire Transfer details appearing on the screen.
  2. Go to your bank and forward your Wire Transfer.
  3. Fill in your username and the transaction reference number in Payment Details field.
  4. Your bank will issue a SWIFT document of your transfer
  5. After transferring the funds please upload a scanned copy of the SWIFT* document to  http://www.etoro.com/application/help/contact.aspx

    *if it was an online transfer please make a screenshot of the online confirmation.
    Wire transfer deposits can take up 4-7 business days. Your eToro trading account will be credited once the transfer has been confirmed by our bank .
    The rate will be calculated on the day the deposit was processed to your account.

How do I fund my trading account with PayPal?

In order to fund your account via Paypal you should have an account with PayPal. Please log into your trading account and click on the "Account Balance" button to enter the cashier section.

Choose PayPal as your preferred method of payment. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and your PayPal email account.

You will then be transferred to the PayPal site. Log into your PayPal account by entering your email and password and click "Login".

In the next page you'll be asked to review the transaction. Make sure all the details are correct and click on the "Pay" button.

Your PayPal deposit request will be processed immediately and funds will be credited to your trading account.

How do I fund my trading account with Moneybookers

In order to fund your account Moneybookers, Please log into your trading account and click on the "Account Balance" button to enter the cashier section.

Choose Moneybookers as your preferred method of payment. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and your E-mail. (if you have a Moneybookers account – enter your Moneybookers account email. If you don’t have a Moneybookers account – Enter your personal email)

If you have a Moneybookers account – you will be transferred to a page, in which you would Log into your Moneybookers account by entering your email and password and click "Login".

After Log in – you would be asked to choose your paying method, and click "confirm".

Your Moneybookers deposit request will be processed immediately and funds will be credited to your trading account.

If you don’t have a Moneybookers account - you will be transferred to a payment form, in which you would fill out all the required details. You can choose whether to deposit through the following Credit Cards: Diners, American Express and JCB.

After completing the form, click the ‘confirm and pay’ and your deposit request will be processed immediately and funds will be credited to your trading account.

How do I fund my trading account with Western Union?

In order to fund your trading account in this way you must go to an authorized Western Union office. To locate the nearest Western Union office please click on "Choose Western Union Agent" link below. In some countries it is also possible to transfer the funds online.

After making the deposit, you will be issued with an MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)

After sending the funds, please contact our Customer Support Department at eToro Support and provide them with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The transaction amount (in $).
  3. The city and country from which the money was sent.
  4. The MTCN number - 10 digit code

Western Union deposits require approximately 3-7 working days to be processed. Your eToro (Europe) Ltd. trading account will be credited upon collection of your funds. The rate will be calculated in the day of processing your deposit.

How will the charges appear on my Credit Card statement?

Your Credit Card charges will be posted on your Credit Card statement under eToro (Europe) Ltd.

If your Credit Card deposit was under Moneybookers, will be posted on your Credit Card statement under Moneybookers

How Do I Withdraw My Profits?

To withdraw your profits from your Trading Account, please login to the trading platform using your Real Account Username and Password, and then follow the following steps:

  • Click on the "Account Balance" button.
  • Once you are in the Cashier section, click on "Withdraw" tab.
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  • From the drop-down menu, please select the method by which you wish to receive your remaining Balance. Withdraw will be refunded via particular payment methods, as explained here: Withdraw Policy.
  • Click on the "Submit" button.
  • Print the withdraw form.
  • Click on "Submit Request".
  • Review your withdrawal request in the "History" section of the Cashier.

Cash Outs requested by the same method within 24 hours may be combined in one payment.

What is our Withdrawal Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, we make every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

As part of the withdrawal process, we reserves the right to refund traders their withdraw funds via the original payment method that has been used by traders to deposit funds to their trading account.

Due to anti-money-laundering policies traders will be required to send signed withdrawal request every time they wish to withdraw funds from their trading account. Traders that has submitted withdrawal request for the first time will also be required to forward the following documents for a successful and prompt completion of withdrawal application.

  • Copy of Passport/ Photo ID
  • Copy of both sides of the Credit Cards that have been used to fund the trading account
  • Copy of recent utility bill

We reserves the rights to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Credit card withdrawals are limited to Visa credit cards, and are subject to the credit card company's approval.

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Winnings?

Withdrawal requests are processed five business days from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request, from within the Cashier section, and refund it to your trading account balance. After five business days, the status of your withdrawal request will change to "Processed" and you will no longer be able to cancel it. Please note that some withdrawal methods are completed via third parties and delays beyond our control may occur.

You will be notified by Email once processing of your withdrawal request has been completed and the funds have been transferred to you.
